We acquired twAnswers last week. It is a nifty little twitter application that allows any twitter user to ask questions via the web interface of to @askthat twitter account. The application then search for answer and possible answer from YahooAnswer and WikiAnswer and display them for you. It also created a thread on twAnswers website so other people can answer the question too. At the time of acquisition, twAnswers website and the domain name is about 1 month old. There were already a whooping 530 questions and 12,000+ possible answer. The application receives approximately 100 organic unique visitors daily from search engines and another 100 from twitter directories and referring sites. @askthat has 1690 followers and counting approximately 6 new followers each day. Not bad for an application that’s only about 1 month old.
