Some History:

For old times’ sake and to make it easier for my old friends to track me down… You might also know me as Happy Tjandra. My hometown is Palembang, Indonesia. I went to TK Xaverius 1 Putri, SD Xaverius 1 Putri, SMP Xaverius 6 Putri, SMU Xaverius 1 (Bangau). I lived and studied in Palembang until 1998. In July 1998 after finishing my first senior year of high school, I moved to Perth, Australia.

I went to St Marks International College to study english for 6 months, then did my year 11 at Newman College, WA in 1999. I didn’t finish high-school, decided to jump straight to college instead. Planned, mapped and executed my uni years. Best decision I’ve ever made – I manage to get my bachelor degree when I was 19 yrs old, 4 months and, 12 days, on scholarship at Australia’s first private university. That was the proudest moment of my life. The best time as well – living in a 4-star hotel converted into a student dorm while doing my happy-go-lucky uni year was a LOT of fun.
