I have been actively publishing and working in the web and multimedia design industry for almost 10 years. I have witnessed the evolution of the Internet and how it has changed people’s lives. There was the dotcom boom, the information revolution and now there is a phenomenal increase in social media use. I have decided to utilise the best of what the web can offer to give something back to the community.
In about a month time, we will be launching an international community site that will donate 100% of its profit to charities.
The good news is…
Even if you do not have any money, you can still make a $$$ donation to the charity.
That’s right!!
At the moment, I am committed to support only one charity organisation, Compassion Ministry. It is my charity of choice. Eventually I will add more organisations for people to contribute to.
The ultimate plan to allow volunteer members to set up mini-sites, offer services (both paid and free) and allow people to make zero cash donation to the charity of their choice.
